• It was founded as a limited company called Phoenix International in 1990 importing and marketing toys and accessories.

• Renamed Pico Design Co., Ltd. in 1996, the company marketed to Matsudo city stores. From that came the orders for applied electronic equipment development and machining.

• Renamed Pico Systems Co., Ltd. in 1999, the company office was transferred to Tokyo and the company started specializing in electronic application equipment.

• Capital increase April 15, 2003.

• Establish a subsidialy in New Zealand 2015 (2019 closed)

• Dissolved the company and continuing as independent self owned business.
